The Atlantic Table

Privacy

In effect from 26 October 2026.

The Atlantic Table is hosted by Ines Gramegna and Valérie-Anne Demulier. This page says what we do with what you tell us.

What we collect

Only what you write in the “Request a seat” form: your name, email, LinkedIn profile, company and its stage, your home country, how long you have been in the US, and your four written answers. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider also keeps short-lived technical records, such as your IP address, to run and protect the site.

Why

To choose each table by hand, and to write to you about your request and our dinners.

Who reads it

Only Ines and Valérie-Anne. We never sell your details and we do not share them with anyone else. They are held for us by the companies that run this site: a database provider (Supabase), a hosting provider (Vercel) and an email provider (Resend). They store or deliver the information on our behalf and may not use it for anything else. When something on the site goes wrong, an error-reporting service (Sentry) receives technical details about the fault, never your answers.

How long we keep it

Twelve months after you send a request, we delete everything you wrote except your name and email, which we keep so we can invite you to a future dinner. Ask us at any time and we will delete all of it.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete what you sent us at any time. Write to ines.gramegna@gmail.com and we will do it within 30 days.

Tracking

We do not track you across other websites, and no advertising or analytics company tracks you through this site. Because of that, the site behaves the same whether or not your browser sends a “Do Not Track” signal.

Changes

If we change this notice we will update this page and its date. If the change matters for a request we already hold, we will email you first.
